The interpretation of this Triptych is definitely debated. Here's how it speaks to me. I see on the left, God is giving the orders to Adam and Eve. Humans in the beginning. Then we could go one of two ways.
In the middle we see man's potential to share and enjoy the fruits of the earth. It's a very harmonious if not silly scene. People of black and white races are enjoying themselves in their own skin. No one is taking life too seriously.
The right we see what would happen if instead they perverted the the gift of life - maybe through shame. It ends up ugly and torcherous for all.
To me,the painting begs the question what are you going to do with God's gift of life? Will you turn it into a celebration or a shit show?
